How can we minimize jet lag?

Jet lag was first discovered in the fifteenth century by travel-addicted Aboriginal Tribesmen who used to travel great distances. They found that 96% of all people traveling to Australia from the United States suffer some form of jet lag: tiredness, lack of energy, lack of motivation, disturbed sleep patterns, dehydration, or confusion. It's not the length of the flight that matters most - it's the number of time zones you cross - and we'll cross 6 of them to get to Australia! So remember the five D's of jet lag:

So, fight jet lag - because you can!!!
